We are looking for a talented and experienced Chief of Staff to join TZLA's executive team in driving strategic initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency. This role is crucial for aligning team efforts with organizational goals and ensuring seamless operations across departments.

How does this job look like?

As a Chief of Staff, you'll work mostly remotely, and visit our workshops around Mexico, collaborating directly with our executive team. The role requires a professional setup with reliable communication tools and the ability to manage both virtual and in-person executive interactions.

The work is dynamic. Working closely with our executive team, you'll be responsible for:

• Overseeing strategic initiatives from development through execution
• Managing key stakeholder relationships and cross-departmental collaboration
• Leading special projects and optimizing organizational processes
• Handling high-level communications and decision-making support

We value efficiency over stress, seeking a professional who can maintain a strategic view while managing day-to-day operations effectively.

How does the role feel like?

As Chief of Staff, you need to be someone who thrives on solving complex organizational challenges and driving results through leadership!

You'll need to be proficient in various business tools and comfortable with both strategic planning and tactical execution. We utilize modern management methodologies like Kanban and Lean Manufacturing, and expect strong analytical thinking combined with excellent communication skills.

This role requires someone who can transition seamlessly between high-level strategy and detailed execution, maintaining precision and thoughtfulness in all tasks.

What we are looking for?

Our ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish and English), with 7 or more years of business management experience. Technical expertise is a significant plus, and we specifically welcome unvaccinated applicants.
