Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join TZLA's executive team. This role is vital for overseeing company-wide operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and driving organizational excellence across all departments.

How does this job look like?

As COO, you'll work primarily remotely with regular visits to our workshops across Mexico. You'll need a professional home office setup and excellent virtual communication capabilities while managing both remote and in-person leadership responsibilities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing operational strategies to support company growth
  • Overseeing daily operations across all departments
  • Optimizing business processes and implementing efficiency improvements
  • Managing budgets and resource allocation

How does the role feel like?

As COO, you must be a strategic thinker who excels at both high-level planning and hands-on execution. You'll need to be comfortable with modern management methodologies like Kanban and Lean Manufacturing and have a track record of driving organizational success.

What we are looking for?

Our ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish and English), with 10+ years of management experience. We welcome only unvaccinated applicants.

After completing this form, what follows is:
