Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Online Business Manager (OBM) to join TZLA's team in driving our digital initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency. This role is crucial for managing our online presence, email deliverability, and streamlining our digital operations across all platforms.


How does this job look like?

As an OBM, you'll work remotely, managing our digital infrastructure and coordinating with our team distributed in all timezones. The role requires expertise in digital tools, email systems, and platforms, with a focus on creating and maintaining efficient online systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and optimizing our digital operations and workflows
  • Implementing and maintaining automation systems
  • Coordinating online marketing initiatives and digital projects
  • Overseeing website operations and digital content management
  • Managing email deliverability and maintaining high sender reputation

We prioritize systematic efficiency over rushed deliverables, seeking a professional who can maintain high standards while managing multiple digital initiatives.


How does the role feel like?

As OBM, you need to be someone who excels at digital system optimization, email infrastructure management, and enjoys creating efficient processes!

You'll need to be proficient in various digital tools and platforms, comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on execution. We use modern project management tools and expect strong technical abilities combined with excellent organizational skills.

This role requires someone who can balance strategic digital initiatives with day-to-day operational management, maintaining attention to detail in all aspects.


What are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish and English), with 3+ years of digital business management experience. We specifically welcome unvaccinated applicants.


Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital project management and system optimization
  • Strong background in automation and workflow creation
  • Qualified in digital marketing, analytics, and content management
  • Excellence in digital communication and team coordination. Strong process documentation abilities is a plus
  • Advance technical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with email infrastructure, deliverability, and maintaining sender reputation
