Job Description

We are seeking a Production and Technology Engineer with a creative engineering mindset to join TZLA's team. This role is crucial for developing new products, ideas, and concepts while utilizing computer-aided and driven software to fabricate and produce innovative solutions for further production and sales.


How does this job look like?

This position combines hands-on engineering work with creative product development. You will work with advanced manufacturing tools and technology to bring innovative concepts to life.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Research & Innovation:

    Regularly research and propose new technologies, tools, and product ideas to open new business opportunities. Design, fabricate, and prototype new products using 3D printers, CAD-driven lathes, milling machines, CNC routers, and other advanced manufacturing tools.

  • Rapid Implementation:

    Test and roll out new ideas and prototypes, focusing on hands-on results.

  • Product Development:

    Design and launch of new products, especially those leveraging smart manufacturing, 3D printing, or sustainability trends.

  • Knowledge Sharing:

    Train team members on new tools and processes directly on the floor or via digital guides, minimizing meetings.

  • Knowledge Base:

    Be proficient in programs like AutoCAD, OnShape, PathPilot, etc., and capable of using these tools to design and drive computer-aided machinery.

  • No degree necessary —just knowledge, creativity, and know-how.
