Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Design Thinking and Lean Methodologies Expert to join TZLA's team. This role is crucial for facilitating innovation, driving process improvement, and leading transformative workshops across our organization.

How does this job look like?

As a Facilitator and Design Thinking Expert, you'll work with teams across different time zones, leading workshops and innovation sessions both remotely and in person. The role requires expertise in design thinking methodologies, lean practices, and digital collaboration tools.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and facilitating workshops using design thinking methodologies
• Leading problem-solving sessions using lean and agile frameworks
• Creating and managing digital collaboration spaces
• Developing and implementing innovation processes

How does the role feel like?

As a Facilitator, you need to be someone who thrives on bringing out the best in groups and can navigate complex problem-solving scenarios with ease!

You'll need to be proficient in various digital facilitation tools, visual collaboration platforms, and have excellent group dynamics management skills. We use modern digital tools for remote and hybrid collaboration and expect strong abilities in both virtual and in-person facilitation.

What we are looking for?

Our ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish and English) with extensive experience in facilitation and design thinking. We specifically welcome unvaccinated applicants who are physically located in Mexico.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in design thinking methodologies and lean practices
• Strong background in digital facilitation and virtual collaboration
• Excellence in workshop design and execution
• Advanced skills in visual thinking and information architecture
• Experience with whiteboarding, card sorting, and clustering techniques
  

Preferred Skills:
