Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Affiliate Marketing & Joint Venture Webinar Coordinator to join TZLA's team in building authentic partnerships and executing impactful collaborative webinars. This role is crucial for growing our network of brand ambassadors and delivering exceptional value through strategic partnerships.


How does this job look like?

As our Affiliate Marketing & Joint Venture Webinar Coordinator, you'll work remotely, coordinating with partners across different time zones. The role requires expertise in relationship building, webinar management, and collaborative marketing initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and nurturing relationships with affiliate partners and brand ambassadors
  • Identifying and recruiting new affiliate partners aligned with our brand values
  • Planning and executing joint venture webinars, including partner selection and content co-creation
  • Collaborating with marketing to develop co-branded materials and offers
  • Tracking and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns
  • Supporting affiliates with training and recognition programs
  • Repurposing webinar content into evergreen marketing funnels


What are we looking for?

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management
  • Proven experience organizing joint venture webinars
  • Strong project management and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with affiliate platforms and webinar software

Preferred Skills

  • Background in brand ambassador programs
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical capabilities
  • Experience with collaborative marketing frameworks
