Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join TZLA's team. This role is essential for ensuring successful project delivery, team coordination, and maintaining high operational standards across our workshops in Mexico and abroad, with occasional travel required.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading multiple projects from inception to completion
- Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring clear communication
- Implementing and maintaining project management methodologies
- Identifying project risks early through structured discovery and cross‑functional reviews
- Leading post‑mortems and converting findings into preventative controls and SOP updates
- Create project KPIs and report against them weekly
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Proven track record in managing complex projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and timelines
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Excellence in organizing, planning, and structuring complex, cross‑functional projects
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining rigorous attention to detail
- Clear, concise communication that drives alignment and accountability across teams
- Strong practical judgment and follow‑through in dynamic environments
Preferred Skills
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing or technical environments
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
Core Tech Stack
- Notion: most of our operations go through Notion, making this platform a must
- CRM and automations: GoHighLevel preferred — forms, pipelines, email/SMS, workflows. Equivalent platforms acceptable
- Communications: Telegram groups, Google Workspace
- Support signals: Zendesk insights to update backlog and FAQs
