Position Overview
TZLA is seeking a visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join our executive team. This role is crucial for leading our technological initiatives, ensuring digital innovation, and maintaining robust IT infrastructure that supports our mission of redefining what "health" means. As CIO, you'll work primarily remotely with a professional home office setup, leading both virtual and on-site IT operations. You'll need excellent communication capabilities and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies and Policy aligned with business objectives
- Manage technology infrastructure and ensure system security
- Participate in Business Continuity Planning.
- Facilitate digital transformation initiatives across all departments
- Oversee IT budgets and resource allocation
- Ensure INFOSEC and compliance with industry standards
Required Technical Skills
- Strong background in technology infrastructure and security
- Experience with CRM systems (particularly GoHighLevel)
- Knowledge of customer support platforms (Zendesk)
- Proven track record in digital transformation initiatives
- Proficient in documentation and knowledge management systems (Notion)
- Understand donation processing systems and financial technology
- Proficient with APIs for system integration and data exchange
- Experience with email server management
- Familiar with hosting and infrastructure management
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements
Required Soft Skills
- Proven ability to lead strategic planning and execute technical initiatives
- Experience fostering innovation and accountability within technical teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong technical and non-technical coaching and mentorship abilities to help develop talent

Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience
