How does this job look like?

As Chief Research Officer, you'll work primarily remotely while making regular visits to our research facilities across Mexico. You'll need a professional workspace equipped with advanced research tools and reliable communication systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading research initiatives and scientific strategy development
• Overseeing experimental design and methodology
• Managing research teams and collaborations
• Ensuring compliance with scientific standards and protocols
