Position Overview
As Talent Experience Manager, you will operate within our HR framework, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff and serving as the dedicated point of contact where team members can confidently bring both workplace satisfaction and safety concerns. This integrated role creates a trusted bridge between employees and C-level management, combining cultural facilitation with safety oversight to ensure our team has a single, confidential resource for all workplace well-being matters.
You'll work primarily on-site at our Mexico facilities, focused on creating a safe, secure, and enjoyable work environment through relationship building, cultural development, and comprehensive safety auditing—all within one cohesive role designed to support our team's complete workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
Culture & Communication Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advocate for employees across all departments
- Build relationships that encourage open dialogue about workplace satisfaction
- Act as a liaison between employees and C-level leadership to resolve workplace issues while maintaining confidentiality
- Nurture a culture of collaboration throughout the organization
- Organize team events and activities that strengthen workplace culture
- Serve as a mediator to resolve issues among team members
Employee Experience & Development
- Support talent development by facilitating learning opportunities and career pathing
- Collaborate with leadership to promote employee engagement, motivation, and retention
- Drive initiatives that improve workplace satisfaction and productivity
- Monitor workforce metrics and engagement data to guide people initiatives
- Lead employee experience improvement projects and support organizational change management
Safety Auditing
- Conduct comprehensive Environmental, Health and Safety audits across all facilities
- Promote best practices through education and positive reinforcement
- Coordinate safety training initiatives (fire, health, workplace safety)
- Support emergency preparedness and maintain safety culture through team engagement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Required Technical Skills
- Experience in HR, employee relations, or organizational development
- Knowledge of workplace safety principles and emergency preparedness
- Basic understanding of physical security awareness and CPTED best practices
- Proficient with feedback systems and team collaboration platforms
- Understanding of cultural facilitation and change management principles
Required Soft Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - ability to build rapport with team members at all levels
- Empathetic listener - skilled at creating supportive environments for honest feedback
- Cultural sensitivity - understanding of workplace culture and team dynamics

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in HR, organizational development, or similar people-focused roles
- Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
- Background in safety management or change management
- Professional certifications in coaching, facilitation, human resources, or safety management
- Experience organizing team events and culture-building activities
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Mature, local candidate preferred to foster natural respect and authority while maintaining approachability
