Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Chief of Staff & Chief Human Resources Officer to join TZLA's executive team in driving both strategic initiatives and human capital management. This hybrid role is crucial for aligning team efforts with organizational goals while building and maintaining a strong organizational culture through effective HR leadership.

How does this job look like?

As Chief of Staff & CHRO, you'll work mostly remotely, and visit our workshops around Mexico, collaborating directly with our executive team. The role requires a professional setup with reliable communication tools and the ability to manage both virtual and in-person executive interactions while overseeing HR operations.

The work is dynamic. Working closely with our executive team, you'll be responsible for:

• Overseeing strategic initiatives from development through execution
• Managing key stakeholder relationships and cross-departmental collaboration
• Leading HR strategy, including talent acquisition, development, and retention
• Developing and implementing HR policies and programs
• Handling high-level communications and executive decision-making support

We value efficiency over stress, seeking a professional who can maintain a strategic view while managing day-to-day operations effectively.

As Chief of Staff & CHRO, you need to be someone who thrives on solving complex organizational challenges, driving results through leadership, and building strong company culture!

This role requires someone who can transition seamlessly between high-level strategy, detailed execution, and people-focused initiatives, maintaining precision and thoughtfulness in all tasks.

What we are looking for?

Our ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish and English), with 7 or more years of combined business management and HR experience. Technical expertise is a significant plus, and we specifically welcome unvaccinated applicants.

• Proven success in organizing and directing multiple teams
• Strong project management and HR strategic planning abilities
• Excellence in written and verbal communication
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in stakeholder management and executive support

• SHRM certification or equivalent
