Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Chief Growth Officer to spearhead our Club Admissions and Communications initiatives at the executive level. This strategic role will be instrumental in shaping and executing our growth vision, overseeing the seamless integration of admissions and marketing strategies, and driving organizational expansion.

How does this job look like?

Strategic Leadership Overview

As Chief Growth Officer, you'll work primarily remotely with periodic visits to our Mexico-based headquarters. You'll lead a cross-functional team while maintaining direct reporting relationships with key stakeholders and the board.

Your executive responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies across all channels, including digital, influencer joint ventures, affiliate partnerships, and event marketing
• Building and leading high-performing teams across admissions, marketing, and PR
• Establishing strategic partnerships and joint ventures to accelerate market penetration
• Creating scalable systems and processes to support rapid organizational growth

Leadership Profile

The ideal candidate will be a transformational leader who can inspire teams while driving measurable results. You should excel at identifying market opportunities, developing strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of innovation, discipline, and accountability. 

What are we looking for?

We welcome unvaccinated applicants. While Spanish is not required, periodic trips to our Mexico-based HQ is essential.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in growth, marketing, or business development
• Proven track record of scaling organizations and achieving significant growth
• Executive-level experience in strategic planning and team leadership
• Strong background in building and optimizing operations
