Position Overview
TZLA Club is seeking a foundational Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to architect and command our growth engine end to end. This is not a marketing role; it is a central command position responsible for systematically scaling our mission to redefine health. Your mandate is to translate our pioneering vision into a disciplined, data-driven growth machine. You will own the strategy and execution for all donation-facing operations—from affiliate partnerships and joint ventures to funnel optimization and brand narrative. This C‑level role is for a builder who thrives on clear targets, fast feedback loops, and visible, tangible impact. You will not just lead growth; you will install the operating system for it.
This is a hybrid role with remote‑first collaboration with some travel as needed.

- Systems & Execution: Establish a weekly operating cadence with clear dashboards. Stand up repeatable systems for content, email, and events that compound results.
- Leadership & Team Building: Build and mentor a lean, high-caliber team. Set the performance bar, define scorecards, and create SOPs for predictable, excellent execution.
- Data & Accountability: Report on and own the core metrics: new member acquisition rate, member lifetime engagement, partnership effectiveness, lead velocity, and conversion rates. Manage the growth budget, shifting spend decisively toward channels with proven performance.
